I am a very artistic and creative, motivated and self-directed, Freelance Graphic Designer with extensive experience in web, print, multimedia, and marketing design. I have over 10 years’ experience with freelancing projects for graphic design and web site design and development. I am currently attending college while maintaining a 4.0 GPA for my Associates in Applied Arts, majoring in Graphic Design - Multimedia. I have recently earned my Web Developer Certificate and I’m working towards earning my Computer Programming and Mobile App Development Certificates. I consider myself to be a very ambitious and I enjoy challenges, opportunities to learn new things, and managing and coordinating projects. I have a very strong work ethic and I’m adept at staying focused on the task at hand, but also juggling multiple tasks when needed. Develop Crystal Reports to generate productivity, metrics, performance, historical, point-in-time, and trending reports for all IT and Business Departments, as well as business partners.

Automate Crystal Reports using CRD (Crystal Reports Distributer), to eliminate the need for manual reporting and distribution.

Assist with Remedy ARS administration tasks such as importing records into databases, data maintenance and changes, process improvements, submitting service requests for department, and help with support ticket queue.

Involved with planning Remedy ARS improvements – including structure changes, adding and changing functionality, interface redesign, support ticket priority matrix changes, and improved workflow.

Provide daily content and stats on the team web site.

Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot database and reporting issues.
