As Program Manager, acted as Scrum Master for web based policy administration system. Managed integration team for an 8 million dollar project using SOA architecture.

Scrum Master for IT department’s first Agile project using XML via web services and Biz Talk ESB.

Scrum Master for on-going support of ASI’s Duck Creek web based Policy Administration System as well as in-house written web based agency portal quoting and rating system written in C#.

Scrum team projects included re-write of rating system and replacement of all policy documents for Excess line of business.
