• Successfully lead the restructuring of the Division following the economic downturn saving the organization hundreds of thousands of dollars in labor savings as a results of realigning resources and maximizing value added relationships with service centers

• Developed the financial footprint for the startup of the organization’s first 100% Krone's High Speed Beverage Filler Line imported from Germany. • Developed, implemented and conducted an entry level program for teaching basic Spanish for the manufacturing environment. In the spirit of Diversity and Inclusion these classes were offered to management and front line leaders and improved employee opinion surveys and 360 feedback surveys

• Lead financial relief efforts following Hurricane Charley of 2014. Leveraged local banking relationships in order to execute payroll for hundreds of resources in the absence of operating financial systems
