Typed estimates, took payments, responsible for Accounts Payables/Receivables, scheduling jobs and labor to complete those jobs within time frame given by customer and owner and answered all sales inquiries as well as met with customer initially. 2003-2006: S cheduler: Vacuflo of Ohio, Canton Ohio Scheduled work for 7-10 installers a day to install/repair central vacuum units in new and existing construction, rescheduled if necessary due to installer absence. Was responsible for keeping track of all installers on jobs throughout the day through constant contact. Informed customer of installer upcoming arrival. Verifying completed paperwork turned in by installer and forwarding to billing to be processed. Also did parts/service sales in warehouse as needed.
