PROFILE

My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex multi- projects at same time. My career as project management director in large company specialized in design and construction of industrial projects improves my ability and experience in design and construction of multi projects at same time. I have experience in: strategic forward-planning; operating within the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which I have helped to plan and time schedule, methodical administration to deadlines. The best methodology of design builds projects and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations). My Accumulated experience in Design and Projects Managements of different types of engineering projects, comes from involvements in projects activities from early stages of design through the detail Engineering,fabrication drawing, fabricator selection and equipment testing, civil foundations, civil engineering requirements for installation, electrical power and control requirements and commissioning till the handover of Projects.

I have very good experience in research and developments; I have conducted many applied researches to solve industrial problems to improve either the design or fabrications. Most of my past experience in this sector was in gas solid systems, solid handling systems, and solid emissions control. I have leaded many teams to improve existing factories in Iraq to increase the production capacity and improve the functions of these factories to meet the specifications according to the international standards.

My Experience in Private Sector for last eight years and now on, gave me a chance to lead different projects of non-governmental type. Good planning for all items of projects stages, contracts following up and improve commercial skills. All Projects executed by our Company were consulted by me starting from design review, cost estimation, material selection, suppliers negotiation, time scheduling, Environmental regulations must followed, importing standard items, and financial managements.
