Develop and maintain effective relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and the mortgage insurance companies. Working knowledge of mortgage industry escrow servicing as well as understanding of modifications.

• Preparing weekly Error/Deficiency report for the servicing department for measuring their quality as required by the management. Also handling other reports as required by the management and the client.

• Reconciled and worked various reports for upper management, helped manage team, worked on On-shore project, assignments project, and quality control for offshore project, trained new employees and last but not least updated policy & procedures for copy request process
