WORK EXPERIENCE

Confectionery, extrusion and silo equipment.
Project manager. (Recommendation letter)
I started working as a personal manager of the President of the company. I was responsible for booking flights, hotels, renting cars, arranging TAXI, VISA questions, some personal errands plus I was running the office (incoming/out coming calls, correspondence, e-mails, office supplies, etc.). As well, our company was participating in the Exhibitions (both in Russia and outside) and I was responsible for the organization of our booth.
After 1,5 years I became a project manager but was still a personal assistant and still took care of the office. My job as a project manager was the following: to prepare an offer/quotation for a client, clarify all details, prepare a layout, prepare a contract and specification, manage the process of the equipment manufacturing (make sure there won't be any delays), fly to a manufacturing company for a test of the equipment before shipment, order a transport (the equipment needed to be transported from Europe/USA to Russia), arrange the technicians arrival for the installation of the equipment and finally, if everything is OK, to sign the Act of Commissioning.
P.S. While working as a project manager I learned how to multi-task and prioritize the things that should be done. I learned how to communicate (both verbally and in writing) with clients and partners, as well as, I learned how to meet deadlines, and be responsible.
May 2009 – October 2011 - Pier Cleaners (RI, USA)
Manager.
My first job. I was working as a manager at a laundry. My duties were to register how many bins came in and how many bins came back (the laundry worked with hotels and restaurants). Watch the personnel. If there was a lot of work, I was helping the staff to fold the clean sheets.
