Provided thermal control of the blast furnace process for the operational stability of the iron making process. Applied Lean Six Sigma Principles to improve the blast furnace process.
Performed root cause analysis to correct deviations in the process. Obtained lowest fuel rate in the 35-year history of the blast furnace.
