Technical Account Manager

Main responsibilities :

• Guarantee project organization and communication.

• Detect problems and provides alternatives

• Analyse and define information and technical needs.

• Ensures the conduct and outcome of the project.

• Execute the design, build and deployment of the PowerCard solutions.

• Provide maintenance and support for PowerCard solutions.

• Assure the translation of the expression of need for one or more parts of the project.

• Supervise the implementation and evolution of the operational rules and functional orientation.

• Ensures the transfer of the project to the support team to ensure optimal customer care.
