Main Responsibilities:

Hiring and development of local SQA and Plant Quality team.

Recruit and train the Supplier Quality team in combination with PACCAR Supplier Quality, Europe.

Develop domestic suppliers based on conducting PACCAR’s supplier assessments including quality, delivery, capacity, technologies and logistics coordinated with other disciplines including Product Development and Purchasing.
