Stock Planning & Inventory Control

• In- charge of overall Stock Planning and Inventory Analysis based on Supply and Demand commonly known as MRP

Inquiries & RFQ’s

• Responsible for attending all types of product inquiries from customers

• Process quotations;

- evaluate inquiries to check our capability to quote and supply by directly coordinating

with R&D-Sustaining & sourcing team

- calculate product costing according to the modification/changes the RFQ calls

for based on material specification (reference to the BOM)

- Check RFQ’s and launch to quote thru our web based platform (OneCAT)

- Ensure to complete and close RFQ’s within 4 working days as part of our KPI

Order Management

• Approve shopping carts thru our web based platform (SWPS)

• Closely work with planning and procurement team prior to order acceptance and commitment

• Review and keep track of the order baseline allocated per region to equally level load capacity to supply both manufactured orders and purchased parts

• Initiate a comparative analysis report from previous months consumption against the next 6mos forecast provided by customer to effectively manage “supply against demand”

• Order processing, data entry, updating additional information of sales orders into SAP system (MfgPro)

• Run weekly sales/revenue reports to keep track of the monthly & yearly baseline/ sales/ revenue target

• Monitor open orders to ensure on time readiness (ex-works terms) as per commitment

• Communicate with customers any potential order delays and solicit customer

• Acts as a the focal point for all types of queries such as technical clarifications, certification documents, test reports, etc.

• Generate invoice for completed orders based on ex-works date (Standard selling terms)

• Inform customers readiness of cargoes so for them to advise their appointed forwarders to arrange collection soonest time possible

• Extensive coordination for QCP orders, mostly high profile end users (for Projects such as Chevron, TOTAL, EnQuest Knightsbridge, Premier Solan, Talisman)

- Call and host a meeting to gather stakeholders to review our capability to commit in terms of production lead time and quality prior to acceptance of order which requires TPI

- Closely monitor the orders in coordination with the QCP (Quality Control Plan) team preparation for the upcoming TPI witnessing

- Constantly communicate with customer for order updates, clarifications, production schedule so as to inform thieir client’s appointed TPI to be present on the specified schedule

- Record minutes of the meeting and send action items/reminders to respective stakeholders, if any

ReCoordination: Product/Service quality related return shipments

• Partly in-charge on the investigation for all Product & Service quality issues raised by customers

• Arrange urgent replacements whenever needed

• Arrange return shipment of products with quality defects subjected for rework

• Work with Planner for the dates to commit after completion of rework

• Arrange re-shipment back to customer by gathering 3 competitive freight costs to go for the best quote to achieve cost-savings
