JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the accomplishment compliance of maintenance checklist of different machine, work instruction sheet, production process schedule,

Checking of the machine condition such as oil level likehydraulic oil, lubricating oil and also checking of all the gauges according to its maintenance checklist.

Create/ modify program of new product through manual programming (G-CODES & M-CODES) for CNC Lathe.

Read and interpret,engineering drawings,andstudy sample parts to determine machining operation to be performed, and plan best sequence of operations.

Prepare of all the necessary tool and instrument to be use.

Preparation of all the bit or insert to be used depends on the specification of the drawing.

Do the actual set-up of the machine and install all the holders of insert, and do the geometric offsetting to make sure that it was in good condition during mass production.

Confirmation and checkingof products being process and set-up before it turn to the operator for mass production.

Assuring the quality of product of by processed of 30 pieces and checked the entire dimension if there is no dispersion on its dimension before it turns to mass production.

Checking and gatheringdata all product process on each machine.

Prepared and review of all report for managementpurposes in power point format including the summary of target output per month that required by the top management.

Preside a meeting with all the setup man and operators about product abnormality, improvements, countermeasures etc.

Responsible for monitoring and update of all set up man and operator efficiency,
