CMG Financial

Investor Purchasing Analyst {October 2014-March 2015}

•Run internal CMG report- Investor shipping reports to monitor all outstanding loan pending Investor purchase.

•Monitor Investor websites daily for their specific statuses and outstanding conditions that CMG have yet to meet or fulfill for purchase.

•Responsible for contacting either internal or external customers or both to obtain necessary documentations by Investors prior to purchasing loans.

•Uploads or send via e-mail completed conditions to investor for their review and to sign-off/approval for purchasing loans from CMG.

•Communicates properly to Investors, including making follow-up calls or e-mails to ensure that the conditions submitted are acceptable to get loan purchased.

•Responsible for reporting to upper managements all loans that have been purchased along with their purchases advises if applicable.

•Responsible for responding to post purchase QC missing items and deficiencies in a timely manner.

•Responsible for researching and investigating facts necessary to prevent re-purchases, which includes collecting necessary data and gathering information that would be helpful for rebuttal performed by Legal department.

QC Fraud Examiner {April 2013-October 2014}

•Examines residential documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with appropriate company and secondary market investor standards. Examines documents for red flag Fraud Detection.

•Performed comprehensive audits confirming adherence to policy and underwriting guidelines, legal standards, and lending practices using multiple business systems.

•Conduct full Fraud investigations. Work under minimal supervision, maintaining confidential information in providing a professional work product to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network {FINCEN}.

•Conducted research via internet, database searches, public and non-public records and other research tools gathering evidentiary information to develop material and misrepresentation.

•Interviewed borrowers and other key parties involved with the origination of insured loans to ascertain who committed the misrepresentation.

Quality Control/Compliance Analyst and Auditor Team Lead {April 2012-April 2013}

•Evaluates credit decisions for accuracy based upon established risk parameters and in accordance with policy, program, and product guidelines.

•Provides feedback to Underwriters and loan processors as appropriate. Responsibilities include examination of several different types of lending {conventional, government-backed, home equity, etc.}

•Daily interface with CMG Managers for Underwriting, Retail, Production and Wholesale Production, for pipeline management and QC audit turnaround times.

•Reporting and metrics applying the ACES QC audit automation system, identifying QC/Fraud trends, performance metric evaluation, and score carding.

•Manage of CMG specified turnaround timelines for purchase money loan files {24 hours}and refinance loan files {24-48 hours}.

•Develop and Management of a Quality Control/Loan Fraud Audit Team housed within CMG’s Compliance Department in San Ramon, CA and Phoenix, AZ locations.
