Directed a fast paced international supply chain department responsible for the movement of textiles, designer fabrics and seasonal goods from multiple country origins. Total spend $40 mil, 6K FEU annually, $300 mil product flow.

Responsible for entire global supply chain design from sourcing decisions, SOP creation, vendor bookings, vendor compliance, shipping, validation of product testing, factory audits and collection of US Customs documentation on all international shipments.

Key sourcing decision maker identifying order frequency, volumes, emerging markets and risk. Worked closely with Merchants, Product Development and internal customers to determine best sourcing costs and opportunities.

Conducted multiple RFPs, contract rate negotiations and procurement with ocean carriers, air, NVOCC, freight forwarder/consolidators, 3PL and dray carriers to secure year over year best in class rates and provide a global competitive advantage. Mid contact renegotiated carrier agreements resulting in $500K savings 2015.
