Positioned the organization for successful divestiture following sale of the training products division. Responsible for all group management, marketing, sales and project execution.

Williams divested the products division for over $20MM to Primedia in 1998.

Director – Health Care Market – assigned to evaluate training opportunities in the Health Care vertical market. Established relationships with Baylor College of Medicine’s “The Health Channel” and GE Medical Systems, which broadcast Continuing Education via satellite to Physicians and Hospitals.

Halliburton – NUS Training Division Oct 1982 – Oct 1995

Director – International Training Services & Product Sales – revived sagging International Training Program Product Sales from under $200k to over $1MM in 6 months by streamlining the Product Distributor Network and reducing worldwide distributors by 50%. Established the UK base of operations for the Training Services Division

General Manager – Training Services Group – transitioned business focus to the energy and process industries (chemicals, pipeline) as a new business unit start-up.
