Responsible for in-process QC / QA, computerization & system design; total quality function in line inspection, bulk analysis, raw material sampling and analysis and finished product sampling and analysis.

Handling sampling, analysis, approval, and issuing & reviewing of BMR, BPR, and yield calculating, coordinating during audit with different departments.

Accountable for maintaining QA documents and conducting process related validations & analytical method validations for different pharmaceutical dosage forms.

Serving as Coordinator in Exports Department. Monitoring the manufacturing sites.

The Attainments

Acquired exposure to various aspects of computerization, systems study, design and implementation. The project experience ranged from different kinds of applications such as inventory system, maintaining lab master files (product info), LIMS (OASIS), and integrated information system, AS/400, BPCS, etc.

And later worked in “Anyse crystallization for alcohol”( all are sponsoered projects) and some DST projects.in assisting scientiss, carrying out food analysis(chemical,microbial) and field work, library refrence works.
