PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

PUMA ENERGY, 10/2011-8/2015

Project Manager

Charged with full range of project management functions for a dynamic engineered and flexible Terminal Tank Farm. Duties extended to demolition of existing refinery, and addition of LPG-handling facilities & new office complex.

Entrusted with direction, implementation, and completion of CAPEX projects in conformity with company strategy, commitments, and goals, performed in collaboration with both global corporate teams and internal audit teams.

Developed a 50-year-old, explosion-damaged fuel farm terminal into a new, dynamic, and fully flexible terminal which imports and exports fuel safely. The project cost $330M and was scheduled for three to five years.

Demolished an existing refinery, irreparable storage tanks, and unneeded infrastructure; performed tank farm remediation; and repaired seven storage tanks. Repaired six existing large-bore pipelines with a 2.5 mile route from farm to pier.

Installed ten new storage tanks using APT 650, an eight-bay truck loading rack with a vapor recovery unit, and a new firewater system at the tank farm and the pier.

Repaired 25 existing LPG-related storage bullets and an existing LNG-related storage sphere. Installed 31 new LPG-related storage bullets as well as a new manifold distribution system with 20 inch and 24 inch piping.

Repaired two marine jetty platforms and installed a new loading arm system at one of the platforms.

Supervised approximately 600 employees at peak manpower and directed 28 contractors.

PERFORMANCE ENERGY SERVICES, 9/2010-10/2011

Senior Project Manager

Tasked with executing the construction of several oil & gas platforms piping, deck modifications and eight pile jacket completion.

Conducted project team coordination with engineering companies, supply vendors, and construction inspectors.

Oversaw onshore refurbishment of production platforms.
