As a key member of the IT leadership team, responsible for independent stewardship of a $20.5M budget and delivery of capabilities to the organization as per overall corporate goals. Additionally, responsible for providing guidance and governance in areas of strategic planning and Enterprise IT Applications, while improving efficiencies of IT Processes & Expenses
Responsible for leading the effort to address areas as pertinent to the Federal Written Agreement – e.g:
oSuccessfully implemented Moody’s Risk Origins platform to replace the legacy credit grading system as mandated by the Federal Written Agreement
oImplemented BWise platform to manage Operational Risk and SOX Controls and AML Sanctions

Golden Tree a privately held Hedge Fund wanted to review it current tax department’s processes. Provided leadership to drive strategic Tax Operations Review. Interview and document Tax Stakeholders – Legal, Compliance and Management Company business processes. Identified gaps and provided remediation recommendations that were later implemented by the group.

Conducted an evaluation of internal controls. Reviewed current policies and procedures and recommend remediation’s for the missing gaps in SOX compliance, Personal Identity Information (PII).

Evanston Capital a privately held Hedge Fund wanted to implement an Accounting and Allocations system to replace its current excel spread sheets. Evaluated multiple vendors in the market space based on current and future. Created evaluation and rating matrix to facilitate the best solution for the client.
