Sr. Petroleum Engineer Base Management.

Production Engineer for the Woodford Field of Southeast Oklahoma including production and reserves forecasting as compared with calculated reserves. Prepared and managed capital and revenue maintenance budgets for well work, surveillance and re-completion activities. Made recommendations for well work activity to enhance production or make repairs, due to down-hole issues. Also had Production Engineer roles in the East Texas Field and the Jonah and Wamsutter Fields of Wyoming.

Recommended and performed tubing lowering and plunger-lift install program for 60+ wells in the Jonah Field, resulting in improved liquid removal and a reduction in rate of decline.

Evaluated and installed gas-lift systems on 10 horizontal wells in the Woodford Field as water rates increased and other lifting systems were unable to achieve production due to physical limitations.

Implemented plunger maintenance program for down-hole equipment based on time in service, resulting in optimized production rates and reduction of service rig calls.

Team Lead for Well Integrity Group with responsibilities for developing policy and assessing well integrity status of over 9,000 land based wells and delivering on the Well Integrity Management System through the life cycle of a well so that compliance is maintained with company policy and external regulation of state and federal agencies.

Designated sub-committee member with the Texas Oil & Gas Association (TXOGA) Rules Team in drafting and presentation of the Annular Pressure Management document that was submitted and approved by the Texas Railroad Commission as a guidance document for management of sustained casing pressure on wells as per Statewide Rule 17.

Mentoring of ten engineers-in-training and assisting in their professional development.

Performed role of Incident Site Liaison Agent for BP at the Good Hope Incident Command Center in St. Bernard Parish Louisiana during the Gulf oil spill from July-August 2010.
