Advanced rapidly from an IT Systems Manager to Senior Manager reporting to the owners and directing multiple functional areas: Purchasing, Materials, Maintenance and Information Technology. Corporate Strategic Team member, manage an $8M+ budget and managed as many as 9 direct reports.

Strategic Team Member: Led the reorganization of CAE Inc. into four business units. Sit on the strategic team for three of the business units, reporting directly to the company Principals. Develop annual company budgets and plans. Manage the company financial position against the budget on a monthly basis and respond accordingly.

Purchasing, Materials & Maintenance Manager: Direct hire and fire management of a team of 9 consisting of Purchasing Agents, Materials Team Leader, Stock Clerks, Shipper and Maintenance crew. Manage inventory control of $1,000,000+ for Leprecon LLC and $300,000 for Littlite LLC. Utilize forecasting, material requirement planning, reorder point, kanban control, production scheduling, discrete location control, physical inventory and cycle counting to increase inventory accuracy and reduce inventory by 40%. Implemented and maintained safety procedures.

Systems Manager & Project Manager: Direct all Information Technology infrastructure and Telecommunication. Implemented companywide ERP manufacturing system (i.e. WInman), populated the system data, tested, trained staff and supported two different manufacturing lines.
