Project details: Dismantling and understanding the mechanism and various sub-assembly of quick spec control panels and creation of the digital representation of the same, using which design of other variants of control panel was carried out.

Study of the catalog of the quick spec control panel for understanding the working and dismantling sequence.

Dismantling the quick spec control panel and listing the parts and sub assemblies.

Measuring and modeling of sheet metal and plastic parts.

Using the models of 1200A Quick spec control panel as a reference design of panels for 400A,600A,800A and 1000A were designed.

10.Reverse Engineering of Disconnect Switches 200A and 400A [1-Nov-2009 to 31-Mar-2010]

Project details Dismantling and understanding the mechanism of the disconnect switches 200A and 400A and creation of the digital representation of the same.
