September 2011 to March 2013: Company Executive Officer 2nd in Command of 200 person organization for the purpose of supporting CCMRF Mission (CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radioactive, Nuclear, Explosive) Consequence Management Reaction Force,) responding to any homeland (United States) disasters, ranging from Nuclear Attacks, to Natural Disasters

Coordinated the training of over 200 Soldiers by providing, administrative, operational, logistical, maintenance, communication, vehicular transportation, and medical support; resulting in an over 93% Operational Readiness within 4 months. The first time it’s been over 90% in 4 years.

Managed the accountability and maintenance of vehicular equipment valued at over $30 million; resulting in a 95% Equipment Readiness level within 2 months.

Managed daily coordination and operations with the 16 companies (over 100 personnel each) within the Brigade to ensure communication effectiveness and completed quarterly services for all their sensitive electronic equipment, resulting in an average turn around service of 4 days for over 100 pieces of equipment each. September 2009 to September 2010: Company Executive Officer Planned and coordinated all short and long range Military Transport Convoys and Field Exercises ranging from 100-600 miles and 1-21 days respectively. Including logistics of food, fuel, living arrangements and maintenance support for equipment valued at over $20 million; resulting in no-delay time exercises, quick movement, Zero loss of equipment and Zero safety incidents, and over 90% overall Operational Readiness

Planned weapons training ranges and field exercises for 300 personnel to develop skills and fighting effectiveness for possible deployments; resulting in over 90% personnel qualifying on assigned weapons with Zero safety incidents.
