Objective:
Seeking a challenging position as a Program Manager, Information Management or related field, to include concept development, training, database production, exercise, and operational support.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are highlights of my career:
- Current TOP SECRET / SCI clearance
PR: Aug 11
- TENCAP trained and qualified
- Areas of special studies Iraq, Iran, Syria, and North Korea
- Fully knowledgeable of Critical Intelligence Requirements (CIR) at all levels of command. As an All Source Intelligence Analyst and later as a DOD Contractor, I produced intelligence products, which were tailored to the end user, in most cases this was at brigade and below but did include products for Secretary of the Army, Iraqi reconstitution capabilities, Iranian Port Defense capabilities and DIA special Middle East studies. Also I had direct contribution to the National Intelligence Assessment (NIA) of the middle east. A complete understanding of the CIR’s each echelon required was necessary, in most cases little to no guidance was given, products disseminated were based on my judgment and experience.
General Experience Summary:
Over 30 years of professional experience in Military Intelligence, 21 years of management both in personnel and programs. Extensive experience in direct support to combat operations in three theaters of operations. This includes 13 years experience in program management with focus on SIGINT support and training. In my current position with DST, I support multi-function teams as an All Source Analyst. Review and analyze requirements documentation and supporting documentation related to above areas. Support the Government in representing intelligence equities across warfighting functions and TRADOC CoEs. Support identification of all source intelligence capability requirements; development of solutions against current and programmed requirements; the integration, assessment, prioritization, synchronization of required Intelligence capabilities (WTI, TECHINT, WIT, TFE, UE, MFT, ColST, C-IED and Space) across time, warfighting functions, DOTMLPF, resourcing, organizations, and operational themes; and the analysis and integration of organizational, operational and capability requirements. Support the Government with the determination, assessment and mitigation of risks and the representation of intelligence equities.
My current position as the Network Integration Evaluation SME and coalition network evaluator requires a thorough knowledge of networks, coalition interaction and systems. In my former position as the Army Broadcast Intelligence Office (ABIO) Task Lead and the Army Intelligence Master Plan (AIMP) West Site Coordinator responsible for all Army ISR and Army broadcast intelligence requirements. I have extensive experience in C4ISR, NATO/coalition operations, information management, Program Management, and all source intelligence. I bring to the table over 33 years of intelligence and management experience dealing with intelligence systems, training, and intelligence support to the warfighter and program management. Fully knowledgeable of Critical Intelligence Requirements (CIR) at all levels of command. As an All Source Intelligence Analyst and later as a DOD Contractor, I produced intelligence products, which were tailored to the end user, in most cases this was at brigade and below. A complete understanding of the CIR’s each echelon required was necessary, in most cases little to no guidance was given, products disseminated were based on my judgment and experience. I coauthored an article concerning the Army Broadcast Intelligence Office and the Integrated Broadcast System support to deployed forces, which was published in the Military Intelligence Professional Bulletin. In addition attended and graduated from the NG Program Management 1 course which defines program management.
