REPRESENTATIVE ACHIEVEMENTS

Developed and executed a process that was successful in decommissioning 179 kit rooms at HP within 10 months which was months under schedule.

Facilitated the Vancouver HP donation process to improve student education. Coordinated the logistics for site philanthropy and the donation of used/obsolete equipment to local schools. Productively collaborated with all K-12 Schools in the local area by working with them on their PC and printer requirements.

Generated a process for ISO certification that was recognized by the ISO auditor from Colorado. The auditor used my process to leverage his divisions ISO process.

Participated in the design, editing, and distribution of “The Path to Learning” job model catalog at HP. Worked with HP Training Specialist to embed “Core Safety training” into the materials organization.

Completed and achieved work order analysis on 170 projects for FY15 that consisted with substation builds, upgrades and Transmission line rebuilds to successfully meet department audit goals.

Reviewed financial forecasts and monitored forecasts and tracked multiple projects within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) System.
