Job Description:
Maintaining a black-and-white recording of Arrivals and Pull-outs of stocks of the warehouse.
Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material and supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material and supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computer.
Daily-checking for discrepancy of items. Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Inventory of stocks
Daily encoding of details of Imports/Exports of stocks to the database
Conducting Physical Count twice a month
Daily reporting of current stocks to the CEO and once a week for the technicians
