My responsibilities include forming and maintaining relationships with banks and financial
Institutions. I am also responsible for setting customers up with their best financing alternatives
for customers with a broad range of credit scores. Besides that, I am responsible for helping
train a sales team and in getting their vehicles delivered.
Bergstrom Automotive- Sales Manager 2/09-4/13
At Bergstrom I was responsible for all aspects of the new car sales department. I took care of
ordering vehicles, reporting sales, training a sales team, maintaining profitability of both the
front and back end, advertising, locating, and the general performance of 4 major brands and
their manufacturers. This was a very customer focused position and maintaining a positive
customer service score was crucial.
VanDyn Hoven Imports Sales Manager 8/07-2/09 (Bergstrom bought store)
My responsibilities were the same at VanDyn Hoven as they were at Bergstrom. Bergstrom had
a stronger customer service focus, as opposed to VanDyn Hoven’s focus on cost controls, but it
was the same position at the same location with the same superiors for the most part.
All Green Lawn Care- Sales Manager 1/07-7/07
My responsibilities included selling lawn care programs to customers through cold calling and
Appointment setting. I also managed, coached, and trained a team who also sold over the
phone. I was also in charge of handling any cancellations and complaints.
HOA inc- General Manager 7/04-1/07
I was the General Manager of a full service restaurant. My responsibilities included customer
interaction, management training, staff training, scheduling, ordering, marketing, and the general operation of the restaurant. The main barometers of performance were based off
controlling food, labor, and alcohol profitability as well as limiting other expenses and driving sales.
