Responsible for the design, construction and operation of a mineral and metal recovery processing facilities for clients to assure operational excellence and product quality in existing and new contract awards with Steel producers.

Duties included providing options and solutions for slag and metal recovery processing.

Design Capital and Operating Project cost budgets for contract awards in order to optimize revenue and maximize utilization of materials.

Construct, Operate, and Manage wet grinding process in addition to designing plant layouts.

Provide options for mechanical process needs.

Designed, constructed, operated, and managed wet grinding process including in-house water treatment process. Consisting of clarifier tanks, vacuum disc filters, polymer mixing station and chemical deliver pumps to administer antifoam, dispersants and acids to clarify process water in order to recycle 100% of process waters.

Designed capital and operating project for a wet grinding facility to process stainless steel slag to recover metallic by utilizing grinding, gravimetric, and magnetic separating processes.

Managed day-to-day domestic operations of minerals processing and recycling operations at multiple sites, as well as assisted global expansion efforts in Asia, South America, and South Africa, processing 1.5 million net tons of stainless steel slag annually.

Designed, constructed, operated, and managed wet grinding process including in-house water treatment process. Consisting of clarifier tanks, vacuum disc filters, polymer mixing station and chemical deliver pumps to administer antifoam, dispersants and acids to clarify process water in order to recycle 100% of process waters.

Orchestrated shift management in leading both union and non-union personnel in the operation of a scrap metal recovery facility.
