Involved in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of Gas Cracker Unit-II, Since February 2015 to present.
I was involved in pre-commissioning and startup of CRACKED GAS COMPRESSOR and N2 and fuel gas run of CGC.
I was in team for solo run of steam turbine and couple run of them.
Maintaining process parameters & continuous monitoring through field.
Handled Fire Emergencies and Plant trip, Power Failure, Heater Charge Pump Failure.
Responsible for smooth and safe operation of plant and ensuring strict compliance’s with safety procedure, work permit procedure and standard operating procedure.
Interaction with maintenance group for routine and non routine maintenance activities, Ensuring equipment’s in safe and healthy condition.
Recording of Important Parameter readings.
Inspection and trouble shooting of the equipment’s during shutdown.
Handled planned shutdown, Emergency shutdown and subsequent startup activities.
Startup of dilution steam generation system and caustic circulation for CO2 removal.

Responsible for Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Gas Cracker Unit, Furnace,Cracked Gas compressor, turbine solo run, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, etc.
All process and vendor’s P&ID Review.
Checking of Isometrics of lines as per.
Charging of all Process Lines.
Commissioning of Utilities.
Charging of the plant utilities, COOLING WATER, LP HP FLARE.
Steam driven Turbine Warm up & Start up.
Start up of Plants and all Equipments as per Standard operating procedures.
All instrumentation Commissioning (Transmitters, Control Valve Stroke Checking, etc.
