Current Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection and HR Operation

Managing the implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment (head hunting, conducting interviews), selection, induction, orientation, etc.

Identifying manpower requirements through skill identification & mapping for articulating the

skills requirements and gap analysis.

Managing recruitment for all the Executive's till Sr. Manager level-Sales & Marketing and also for the other function.

Drive the compliance of recruitment process.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Responsible for West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & Orissa recruitment for organization.

Vendor Management.

Handling Walk- In through Multi-Location, Multi-Skill simultaneous drives resulting in volume closures.

Reducing ageing of vacancies vis-à-vis contribution to revenue.

Maintains applicant tracking system and database. Prepares sourcing/recruitment reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data and trends.

I. IR Functions

Responsible for all statutory & regulatory compliances applicable to units in regard to Factories Act,

Contract Labour, PF, ESI, Bonus etc.

Coordinate with legal departments for legal cases and attending legal proceedings.

Liaison and coordination with Directorate of Factories for renewal of factory licence & submission of

Returns, etc.

Liaison and coordination with Directorate of Labour for certificate registration for engagement of

Contract Labour, submission of returns, etc.

Liaison with the Dept. of E.P.F for submission of monthly challan, returns, settlement of P.F claims.

Submission of monthly ESI online challan.

Maintain Registers, Abstracts, as per Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act,

Gratuity Act & ESI etc.

Handling In-discipline at workplace, Grievance handling and maintain cordial relations in the unit.

Maintain discipline in unit including issuance of advisory memos, charge sheet etc.

Eliminate labour problems with counselling.

Participation in Union - Management negotiation/meeting.

II. Personnel Functions

Accountable for Payroll & compensation management.

Responsible for Leave management.
