Description: Supervised 3 personnel as Maintenance Supervisor completing 490 preventive maintenance checks, detection and isolation of 12 system faults saving the Navy $230,000 in repair cost maintaining 100% equipment readiness. As Launcher Supervisor responsible for three separate missile on loads and off loads, and the firing of 51 missiles in support of Operation Odyssey Dawn. Additional responsibilities as Divisional Safety Petty Officer included ensuring proper personal protective equipment was available and in working condition, providing safety training to divisional personnel, and ensuring all Safety regulations were followed resulting in 0 work related mishaps keeping divisional manning at 100% Morning Stocker

Description: I worked at Menards in Michigan for a year while I was in DEP waiting to get shipped out for Boot camp for the Navy. I was good at my job that they let me work more then the normal part time working hours. I restocked wood and helped customers out. I was employee of the month once.
