HMA Specialist; Mix designs (Hveem, Marshall and Super Pave methods); developed designs for Caltrans, FAA and other agencies
Oversee testing and reporting, review project specifications, submittals and mix designs
Work regularly with City, County, State and Federal inspectors as well as outside contractors
