Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Static and Rotary equipment’s of refinery in Essar Oil Refinery Project, Jamnagar, India.

Good Knowledge in Understanding Plot Plan, P&ID, Isometrics, GA, PFD Documents and ASME, API Standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Erection and Commissioning of Centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating pumps, Screw Compressors, Screw pumps, Plate Heat exchangers.

Reviewing, executing functional, and pre commissioning test procedures, Co-ordination, and supervision of field Engineers and Technicians

Participating in Mechanical Equipment’s Walk downs with the Subcontractors and Verifying the Readiness of the system Creating Punches and Witnessing the Cleared Punches.

Inspection, Air Blowing, flushing the lines,Hydro testing, Reinstatement and Conformity Check as per P&ID, Vessel Inspection, Material handling and successfully hand-over to the client.

Participating in Final Box up of various Flash tanks, PSSR (Pre-Start up Safety Review) activities of various Systems (Pipe line) and Equipment’s.

Inspecting various parameters such as Vibration, Bearing temperature, Sound, RPM, and Alignment Checks.

Rotating Equipment’s Trial Run test/SOLO run Performance test.

Responsible for troubleshooting all the rotary equipment’s with the abnormalities and sort it out immediately.

Receive Work Permits (Hot & Cold) and Renew work permits.

Provide recommendations on spare parts requirement, to secure the most reliable operation and economic level of maintenance.

Executing job with all necessary safety equipment’s and trained technicians (Before starting any job, Tool Box Talk shall be given to technicians). Attending plant safety, Plant reliability Meeting, & Safety training.

Attending daily Mechanical meeting and submitting the daily progress report to Rotating Equipment Manager and Interfaces with other disciplines and third parties.

Pre-Commissioning works such as Flushing, Card board blasting, Box up of various Piping Systems, PSSR (Pre-Start up Safety Review) activities of various Systems (Pipe line) and Equipment’s, Hydro testing work of IBR Lines like LP and MP piping systems.

Commissioning of Fire water line and its system including Fire & Gas system (F & G), Deluge system Foam system, Fire Hydrant & Monitors.

Reviews contractors’ mechanical work methodology, sequence and plans, including Task Risk Assessments (TRAs) and ensures supervision of contractor activities.

Administer subcontracts to comply with terms, maintain schedule and minimize growth of contractual dispute.

Maintain files of subcontract document and prepare log sheet of correspondence of claim issue.

Participate in review and negotiation of subcontractor claims under supervision of Manager.

Interface with the relevant Construction Discipline to confirm overall project requirements.
