Implemented an aggressive training program, which maximized the professional qualifications of the Aviation Fuels personnel. Revised the personnel qualification requirement by cross training 50 personnel resulting in a more cohesive working environment within the organization.

Pump-room supervisor; pump-room operator. Supervise 27 personnel crew in the safe operation of centrifugal purifiers, and pumps. Perform routine maintenance on pumps and filters.
