I have had a wide variety of responsibilities: first point of contact in a call centre environment, Team Leader (responsible for escalated calls, call flow monitoring and call quality assurance), evaluation of claims for eligibility, and ensuring payment is issued, researching and maintaining records and reference materials needed to administer a large-scale class action settlement. Granting utility clearances saves the participating companies time and money.
