Over (30) years of Quality / Reliability Engineering Management experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry and Appliance Industry. Responsible for all aspects of quality at the Geneva, Illinois facility, Business Process Owner for implementation of new SAP ERP system globally (Illinois, Mexico, China and Italy), implementation and coordination of all certification programs for ISO, TS16949, ISO 14000 and customer specific programs such as the Ford Q1. Responsible for Lean Manufacturing, 5S, internal audit system, sub-supplier approval, internal quality related issues, customer related quality and engineering issues, management of all quality and metallurgical lab personnel, and drive the Management Review key metrics process.
