Introduce to market the Guru product in the greater Quebec area. Serve existing customers and find new to grow business, introduce and install in-store products, track sales, orders, and the rotation of the products. Visit of all types of businesses; convenience store, grocery, large surface area, bar, restaurant, hotel and more… To maximize each store, with introduce sku and add multi-point of distribution, to always grow sales of the customer and so exceed my goals.

2011: Sales Representative and deliveryman, Canoes Esquif

Visit and deliver Esquif canoes to Esquif customers in Canada and the USA.

2006 to 2010: District manager for the East of Quebec province, Tantrum Corp., exclusive for Red Bull Energy Drink, Management of a team of 6 to 8 sales representatives for eastern territory.

Manage the development of the employee and the territory for the East of the QC province to increase sales, customer, cost effectiveness and maximize the work of the representatives. I had to research and interview new candidates and i had to make the annual assessment for all. Train, coach and motivate my reps team to reach and exceed their goals then give their aid to apply impeccably the standards of company. I had to visit any kind of customers in the trade likely to sell our products; convenience stores, grocery stores, large surfaces, bar, restaurant, sports shop and other stores... Practical sales techniques to maximize each store by the introduction of missing SKUS, introduce a fridge, a display or a promo end cap or half skid on the floor. Regular work on the market with the rep. Manage trucks, tools, routings, warehouses and logistics of the territory. Find and apply effective solutions to advance the territory and a good progress for reps. Track progress report monthly and quarterly. Find and negotiate potential distributors.

For all of these four years as district manager, I always exceeded my team goal with real good teamwork, coaching and hard field working. Inside this same consecutive four years, me and my team have given to the company the best sales increase in percentage across the province and the country.

2004 to 2006: Sales Representative Quebec Area, Tantrum Corp., exclusive for Red Bull Energy Drink.

I introduce to market this super new product in the greater Quebec area. Working the on-promise and off-promise customer, I have served existing customers, making a lot of business development to increase quantity of customer for creation of new sales route to grow the company, introduce and install in-store products according to the requirements of Red Bull Canada, track sales, orders, and the rotation of the products. Visit of all types of businesses; convenience store, grocery, large surface area, bar, restaurant, hotel, non-traditional customer and more… I was first to introduce Red Bull product inside hardware store to create new business. Maximize each store to always exceed my goals. With all my attempts, I instead fieldwork to a new level, applying Red Bull Canada’s standards, I’ve implant new sales, developments and performances records.

Business development and sales of nectars (from natural fruits) beverages. Introduce and to make merchandising for products in grocery. Deal with distributor for set up distribution in convenience stores.

HOBBIES

I love the outdoors as going to the cottage, doing boat, snowmobile, ATV. I play hockey, I like biking and fishing. No problem for computers; Internet, word, excel, ms office, CRM, BI.
