Mount glass onto the cutter machine, nip the glass for the rearview mirrors, and load into the robot. Remove all dirt, foreign matter, and loose glass from damage areas. Allow all glass parts installed with urethane ample time to cure, taking temperature and humidity into account. Mark or discard items with defects such as spots, stains, chips, pin holes, and filling issues. Inspect and pack parts.
