PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am the Supervisor of a Weld Repair facility for DHL and responsible for all onsite repairs and welding requirements. I am a fully skilled [BS4872] and experienced welder and am proficient in undertaking maintenance work to a high standard.

I am a person who likes to see the "end product" but also get a lot of satisfaction from knowing I've contributed to a quality product when working in a team.

Overseeing the roll cage repair facility

Responsible for all weld repairs to cages

Responsible for all weld repairs around the site interior and exterior

Employed as a mig welder working on heavy fabricated components for Caterpillar UK. This was production batch work of components up to75mm thickness in batches from 25-1000 and included jig work and turntable work.

I was also required to fabricate jigs/fixtures where there wasn't one provided for a particular job. (Made Redundant)

Mig welding heavy fabrications for the earth moving industry. Heavy multi run welding on Caterpillar Back Hoe Loader components and production turntable welding of smaller components.
