Protouch Nurses (Dallas, TX) Temporary Position Feb 2015 – Dec 2015 (11 months)
Title: Medical Recruiter & Acting Business Development Manager
Developed HR management skills. Would routinely screen, help interview, setup interview, run background checks, check on references, and other, find out with clients on what specific skills were needed to fill the role as well as possible. For business development activities, would also perform cold and warm calling to gain traction into business accounts, and use follow-up skills to ensure that clients were as satisfied as possible.
C-Level Marketing and Sales, LLC 2008 – 2014 (6 years)
Title: VP of Sales, Turnaround Manager and Advisor
Worked with some of the largest and most well-known national and global firms. I was a critical in helping the firm grow and perform very useful functions for its clientele. They would, usually in private confidence (due to the nature of the issues) very closely engage with clients to gain full appreciation of their very pressing business problems. This approach was also necessary to fully gain their trust to garner the full authority to effect changes that were needed. This was a proper relationship-building exercise and invariably yielded true benefits that were realized month after month, post client engagement.
