(President CEO) Manufacturing cams for (Automotive Industry: General Motors). Built the complete manual, level 1 through level 4 to receive TS16949, designed all forms, wrote all procedures, work instructions, put cells in place, designated containment and inventory areas, and have not received any rejects/PR&R's. I also helped build cams and support the assembly processes, staged product, and repaired machinery when needed. I worked with Bryan Kaywood at Eiler Brothers. and Carb-a-tron and he asked me to work for him, and that is why there is only a couple years at each facility. (General Motors closed plant).

2005-2007 Quality Manager, Eiler Brothers Inc. (Automotive Industry) Jackson, MI. Built complete manual and received ISO certification, designed forms, procedures, color coding and traceability, and Ppap submissions. Became CNC certified while working as a manager, Worked on machinery (rebuilt O.D. grinders) and set up screw machines and grinders when necessary for this high volume precision products company. (Bryan Kaywood asked me to work for him).

2003-2005 Tool & Design Engineer, Carb-a-tron Tool Co. Jackson, Mi. Designed, manufactured, and demonstrated products. Completed specialty training in carbide reactions with speeds, feeds, speeds for specific materials, conditions and tooling. Also designed tooling for milling, drilling, turning, broaching, EDM work, and grinding. (Closed)

(13) years Received Q-l certification, also helped with set-ups and problem solving (screw machines & CNC's). Acme and Cones in this high volume production plant, also performed duties as a Plant Manager. Had (7) quality personnel in the lab, performing from first pieces, in-process audits, final audits, and layouts. (Burned down)

1976-1980 Quality Supervisor, M&S Manufacturing, (Automotive Industry Ford G.M. & V.W.) Hudson Mi. In charge of receiving inspection, in-process inspection, and final audit of screw machine products. I set-up screw machines when needed (Acme-Gridley) to help support production in this high volume manufacturing facility. I also ground drills, breakdowns, cut off blades, or any other tooling to help out operators that have not mastered the skill. (hired in at L&N Mfg.).

1974-1976 United States Army (Honorable Discharge) I received a secret clearance while serving in the United States Army. I became a demolition expert and trained other military personnel in the field. I also received various other honors and certificates. Also took college courses in advanced algebra and trigonometry while I was performing other duties.
