Description TRIO is a complex system with nearly 150 interfaces across a number of different technologies that provides TalkTalk a robust strategic CRM (Chordiant), Order management (TIBCO) and Billing system (singl.eView). The migration is achieved by extracting data from the relevant legacy system, applying agreed mapping rules and so transforming the data into a Trio ready format held in an intermediary database, and then loading it into Trio.
