The new wing of the UNIVERSITY OF CRAFTS OF MANNHEIM, a building with reading rooms, a library and an amphitheatre and a building with laboratories and classrooms. An 8.8 million euro investment
Performed the structure, concreting works (formwork, reinforcement, pouring concrete).
The main building – Ground Floor – 1st floor – 2nd floor; h = 14.5 m, S = 3,000 sq m, monolith, and the building with classrooms and laboratories– mixed structure: prefabricated and monolith; the beams and part of the pillars were prefabricated on site.
Two Liebherr cranes, h = 40 m, 2.5 tons at peak.
Both buildings had a general reinforced deck, h = 45 cm, on the second building, the deck was with prefab pre-slabs and concreting on top. On the other one, a monolithic slab, a SKYDECK formwork.

Project-Water pipes supply rehabilitation for INSTITUTE FOR NUCLEAR RESEARCHES OF MIOVENI and ROVINARI POWER PLANT
Work performed: Pipes Rehabilitation (Torkrets through the KonuSit German Proceeding) within the INSTITUTE FOR NUCLEAR RESEARCHES OF MIOVENI and ROVINARI POWER PLANT.
The rehabilitation of 180 mm diameter pipes by way of the inner torkret method (the German Konusit procedure), and the pipe supplying water to the cooling facility at the Institute of Nuclear Researches of Mioveni, Arges County.
The rehabilitation of 2000 mm diameter pipe at the Rovinari Thermal Power Plant.
The Konusit procedure consists of cleaning the pipes on the inside, video viewing, applying a coating layer of Konus plaster depending on the level of degradation found, and all of it with the help of winches, special robots and a concreting machine.
Tasks:
Coordinating the team, training them, viewing, making the final decision, essentially the entire work process from the take-over to the final.
Generally speaking, performed a wide range of duties, main duties being to manage all the works, all the crews. Approval of payments for all expenses, responsibilities in terms of the transportation, rental of equipment.

Project: MAJOR REPAIR OF THE FOREST DISTRICT OF VAMA, Suceava County.
Technical description: concreting all along the outline of the building (under the foundations),
performing reinforced concrete cores for reinforcement, reinforced concrete beams, tearing down and redoing the roof on a wood structure, with a shingle cover. Indoor partitioning, gypsum board walls, redoing the flooring (from wood to concrete + blanket + tile), replacing the carpentry, redoing the sewerage and sanitary plumbing.

Pavilion administrative + a Butler metal hall(made in Hungary, agreemented in Romania).
Perimeter sandwich panel enclosures; the same for the roof; the performance of process channels and the mounting of embedded parts helping the installation of specific machinery. The administrative building on 2 levels, a structure based on frameworks with a brick masonry filling with holes, a terrace roof; the development of the offices; sanitary, power and heat installations; complete finishing. Total area of 1,500 sq m (1100 sq m for the hall + 400 sq m for the offices).

Project – THE LOW POWER HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT (800 KW) in the commune Vicovu de Sus, Suceava County, estimated 10 millions euro. Performed works-20% amount.
Technical characteristics: discharge sill of 280 lm, divided into 10 lm plots, a top height of 2.4 m. Trapezoidal section in plane, the thickness of 40 cm; rolling stone in gabions on a layer of fascines, concreting on top.
Performing monolith breakwaters on the left-hand side bank, wall riprap, low weirs downstream and upstream, and gabions. Downstream and upstream dam consolidation. A work performed at the confluence of the Suceava and Putna Rivers, the water collected by this discharge sill is directed to an off take, and, in the end, 800 KW/hour are produced and supplied to the National Power Grid.
