Erection & commissioning of 200 TPD Paper machine along 5mw Power plant having 38 tph Thermax make Boiler
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
Successful commissioning of 200tpd Paper machine on September 2009
Worked as Executive Maintenance afterwards.

Job Description:
Operation & maintenance of boilers 2tph
Operation & maintenance of Water Treatment plant (Includes-DM water, Soft water,stp)
Operation & maintenance of centralized HVAC system (Chiller3 Nos 450 Tr.)
Operation & maintenance of Air compressors (4 Nos from 365 CFM to 965 CFM, Make –Atlas copco)
Handling a team of 45 members.
Operation & maintenance of fire pump house.
Operation And maintenance airwashers & Ahu upto 56000 cfm Along with humidification sysytem
Improvement projects.
Maintaining minimum Spares for smooth operations
Operation & maintenance and of Electrical system

plan, execute and monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance programs for the up-keep of machinery, building and facilities.
