Job Responsibilities: Using CJI3 Logistic Modernization Program (LMP), System, Application, and Products (SAP) function to performed analytical reports for the OH-58 NICP line. Built relationships with upper management to maintain assets budget. Attended meetings to brief upper management on excess/shortages of parts. Send analytical reports to customers on progress. This process eliminated excess parts, work-around, and work-stoppages. Subject matter expert on use of System, Application, and Products (SAP) and Logistic Modernization Program (LMP) functions such as MIGO to pull material from production order, LTO6 to produce transfer orders, LT12 to confirm transfer order, LT15 to cancel transfer order, MBST to cancel material document number, MB51 to maintain accuracy of material document numbers to production orders, or view consumption, MB1A to send material to WIPCA, MB1B to restrict/un-restrict material that was staged in Wipca, and to add/remove the serviceability to material staged in Wipca, ME53N to receive estimated delivery dates (EDD’s) for material on order, ZMMBE for stock on hand and obtain serial numbers, IQ01 and IQ02 to maintain or add temporary serial numbers, LS24 verify stock on hand, COOIS to view production charges to production order, use of MD04 and CO03 in order to ensure material is on demand, ZCN41 to compare the amount of money we are authorized for the year vs the amount of money we’ve consumed for the year, and ZPS_MISSIONRPT to view the total funds authorized and expended per line for the year; to view the total man hours authorized and expended for the year; to view the total number of assets authorized and sold for the year, and to view the quantity of units that are scheduled per month for the year. Perform various duties to expedite parts, supplies, materials and common hardware into shops involved with the overhaul, modification, repair, check and test and other related re-work of aircraft, components and engines by way of fork-lift, or roll-lift. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly workload scheduling, while considering the status of work, priorities, and availability of materials. Monitor status of work in progress to detect any delays, identify the cause of delays, and recommend corrective actions to increase production to meet schedules. Ensure established schedules meet work sequencing requirements. Initiate actions on changes needed for the procurement of material based on quantity changes, and or program changes primarily for NICP lines. Coordinate with supply personnel to resolve parts shortages, recommend acceptable substitutes, local purchase, manufacture, or expediting of outstanding requisitions. Meet with all sources of supply to procure needed materials. Monitor all requisitions for materials. Establish relationships with team members and back shop personnel to ensure assets are in work on time. Participate with supply and production personnel for long range planning of materials/parts. Use LMP to keep accountability of materials to programs so that financial records are accurate. Expedited supplies, materials, and hardware into the shop by way of forklift, roll-lift, or cart. All of these processes followed ISO regulations, and ensures historical data records are processes properly. Expert knowledge of Logistic Modernization Program (LMP), System, Application, and Products (SAP), DEXS, and MMETS. Subject matter expert on Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). I have extensive knowledge of ISO/ANSI9000 requirements.

L-3 Communications- General Clerk lll October 2011- March 2012 Job Responsibilities: I Performed data entry transactions in a SAP based Enterprise Resource Planning system. I gained comprehensive knowledge of computer applications to include word processing, spread sheets, data entry to information systems, and applying software functions to prepare complex and detailed documents. I would sort and file clerical duties, maintain records of material modified or removed; posts and abstracts information from files; and prepared index and cross-reference aids. I searched and investigated information contained in files. I would process complex and lengthy technical reports which include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns. I would use either different word processing packages or many different style macros or special command functions. I independently completed assignments and resolves problems. I provided on-site support at 7 different work centers for the Rotor Head and WIPCA branch. I provided support processing trouble calls for CCAD Maintenance teams. I received trouble calls from work centers, compiled data and provided to maintenance team supervisor for prioritization. I would prepare work orders and disburse prioritized orders to the maintenance teams, record and update work orders in eFEMS-Electronic Facilities Equipment Maintenance System. o Sign for receipt of material and update log book as appropriate, keeping records as appropriate, reviewing timesheets, making adjustments and print as needed, enter Time/Leave/Trades in ERP on a daily basis, assisting with certification of time in ERP, and maintaining files as appropriate. I would also answer and direct phone calls, assist team with eFEMS as appropriate; this includes answering questions but not inputting work orders or purchases orders. I would request office supplies as needed, and assist with spreadsheets and Word documents.

Long Johns/A&W- Trainer/Manager August 2010- October 2011

Job Responsibilities: Increased our customer satisfactory by 56%.Train new employees on the proper way to cook and store product. As a trainer, I would be in charge of up to 3 employees at a time.
