Stock and data entries
Processing and recording of al stock items
Ensure stocks are properly and completely recorded
Generate material receive report, material issue report & monthly stock takes
Cycle counting and daily Reconciling of stocks
Audit trails i.e. to ensure theoretical stock agree to the physical count.
Organise and carry out stock takes on quartly basis
Provide stock report to the management on weekly basis.
