Promote APQP and Lean principles to create a safe and efficient manufacturing execution process with a focus on continuous improvement and cost control. Implementation of visual management practices such as the visual production planning system, has resulted in better communication with increased efficiencies with predictable outcomes.

Manage capital expenditures and asset redeployment of operational and manufacturing functions. With a reduction of day to day operating cost we have lowered overhead and become more efficient in the way we consume resources. In regard to the move of vibration assets from Neponset to Peru, we executed a specific plan to reorganize current operations to allow smooth integration of production lines moved from Neponset to Peru.

Manage employee resources including recruitment of qualified personnel and performance management of existing staff. Extensive cross training has allowed us to develop an agile work staff capable of completing many tasks. Our recent hire was the result of encouraging the current team to recruit and recommend potential team members. Contribute to the execution and planning for the management of the Vibration Value Stream team. My role in the integration of work cells in Peru, moved from Neponset, was key in regard to develop and plans of strategy required to organize and configure the facility to accept work cells being relocated. Initiatives such as inventory management have paved the way to provide for increased shipments through improved efficiencies and making available floor space required to complete the moves.
