Coordinated in ORACLE Supply Chain Management for data analysis and data migration implementation from old Purchase Tracking System [PTS] to ORACLE Go live. Support management was given to all departments and supply chain users’ access and privileges provided according to policy and procedures. (2012 – till Now)

For Materials Management, Purchase Tracking System was developed and managed till Oracle go live. This system covered from Purchase requisitions to Purchase order generations, goods receiving and tracking till retaining the payment advice and vendor status. It maintained order scheduling, Expediting and Goods receiving. It is integrated with Pharmacy & Inventory system also. (2004 to 2012)

In Pharmacy Management System [PMS], data migration set up and implementation was successfully completed from old DG system. This module covers drug related requisition, purchase integration and stock related information at all hospital levels as well as warehouse level. Handled all transactions of inventory with order tolerance, lead-time and Vendor analysis, etc., (2004 – 2012)

In GE’s Asset plus, data was migrated, Implemented & Managed the Assets and Equipment Maintenance software for Engineering & Bio-Engineering Department during 2006

PHOENiX is a fully integrated enterprise resource planning solution. The scope of the modules is listed below:

PURCHASE: This module covers right from requisitions to stock control and quotation with approvals. It maintains order scheduling and billing. It is integrated with Inventory and finance modules.

INVENTORY: This module covers stock related information at all levels. Handles all transactions with order tolerance, lead-time and ABC/VED analysis.

PRODUCTION: This module comprises of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Bill-Of-Materials (BOM), Equipment maintenance and Costing. Master process sheets are used for releasing work orders to shop floor and to track the operation level completion with reworks and rejection analysis. This module takes care of preventive and breakdown maintenance with the service provider details. Estimated/Actual costing for Sales order and WIP costing forms the cost controlling information in the MIS.

FINANCE: This module comprises account groups, general ledger, sub ledger, accounts receivables accounts payables, asset management and cost accounting. It is integrated with all other Modules.

HUMAN RESOURCE: This module is an integrated payroll & personnel information system. It keeps track of employee's personal details, VISA details, promotions, increments and performance analysis, appraisals, training, Bonus calculations, GOSI calculations, Medical & Insurance Accountability, Overtime rates Settings and leaves etc.
