Qualifications Summary:

Exceptionally well organized, strong work ethic and willingness to work hard to achieve employer objectives.

More than 13 years in work experience of automotive repairs in automotive sector.

PhD in Mechanical engineering.

Technical expertise in Composites Modeling and FEA using Abaqus. Educational Background:

PhD degree in mechanical engineering at (UD) U. of Dayton, GPA 3.33/4, 2014. Courses: Principal of Materials I, Internal Combustion Engines, Principal Materials Selection, Theory of Elasticity, Introduction Polymer science, Analyses Mechanical -Composite, Finite Element Analyses.

PhD Dissertation:

Analytical mechanics of hybrid and non-hybrid composite material by simulation and experimental analysis. The research focused on hybrid materials consisting of both glass and carbon fiber embedded in a polymer matrix, undergoing mode I, mode II, and mix mode I/II static inter-laminar fracture. Glass fiber panels, carbon fiber panels, and hybrid panels were fabricated using the wet layup / vacuum bag technique. The non-hybrid all-glass, all-carbon, and hybrid glass/carbon were experimentally characterized by quasi-static testing in load frames. The specimen and material geometries (especially at material interfaces) were analyzed using the finite element method in Abaqus. From experiments, the resulting fracture surfaces were investigated using a scanning electron microscope and were co-related with the FE results. Under Work Journal Paper:

Mode I Delamination in Hybrid Carbon / Glass Fiber Composites.

Mode II Delamination in Hybrid Carbon / Glass Fiber Composites.

Mode I/II Delamination in Hybrid Carbon / Glass Fiber Composites. GPA 3.9/4 May, 2009. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering at (FIT) Florida Institute of Technology

Courses:

Applications in Finite Element Methods, Fundamental Finite Element, Fracture Mechanics, Advanced.. Dynamics Modeling and Simulation of Dynamic Systems, Structural Dynamics. GPA 4.09/5 May,2005. Bachelor degree in Automotive & Engine Engineering from Riyadh college of Technology Riyadh

GPA 4.46/5 May 2002. Associate degree Automotive & Engine Technical Dammam college of Technology.

Academic Projects:

Crack analysis and study of effects of crack length and loading on stress intensity factor

Redesign arm, check valve and lock washer.

Create carver between load and displacement for hybrid material (Carbon fiber/Fiberglass) Mode I fracture, Mode II fracture, and Mix-Mode I/II fracture by using cohesive zone method.

Study stress distribution for hybrid (Carbon fiber/Fiberglass) double lap joint(Carbon fiber/Fiberglass) and applied cohesive zone method. WORKEXPERIENCE:
