Duty Manager-

AECOM/EMCOR, FBIHQ Washington, DC Mar. 2013-Present

Responsibilities include routinely perform the deliverance of all of the duty functions via the systematic use of CAFM operating system, & TRIRIGA-10. Processing all facilities and logistical request, inquiries, work & maintenance requests, administer, manage, update, & execute the Customer Satisfaction Survey Program. Provide information/reports from CAFM to include service tickets and work order on-time completion rates; number of open requests, and number of overdue request or other actions pertaining to FLSD controlled facilities. As directed by the (COR), miscellaneous reports collection requests and communicative email notice dissemination to FBI entities shall be required. Also manage conference rooms and auditorium bookings, creating and issuing temporary & permanent permits and creation minor reports in the parking system. Monitor weather conditions, and the Alerton Building Automated System, Fire Alarm System, Elevator Monitoring System, and the Uninterrupted Power monitoring System and take the appropriate actions per the EPH if an alarm occurs. The Duty Supervisor in charge of the BOC in the absence of the Senior DM. In the event of a facility emergency, implement the facility EPH and establish an Incident Command, direct all emergency requests where there is danger to life, health, safety or damage to the appropriate authority for immediate action, locate person (s) by telephone, pager, blackberry, email or two-radio.

Lead Work Control Specialist-

The incumbent responsibilities include: receives all incoming work requests by, fax, e-mail, and telephone or walk-in services, from FBIHQ and offsite field offices. Take service complaints, maintenance request or other related matters. Parking Garage management, responsible for the managing the HQ parking program at JEH only. Responsible for the issuance of parking permits for all employee vehicles and all FBI vehicles. Provide support for activities as conference room reservations, special events and vehicle turn in & out log, and document each call for specific accomplishment by facility maintenance workers. Interface with Government and contractor personnel at a business-to-business level. Provide work status to customers; monitors and operates the facility management control systems, query’s, prints and reports, requires frequent use of two-way radios, accepting and routing phone calls from customers.
