Brief Background :

Current Role :

Currently he is a Management Adviser- Human Resources to a logistic Company having PAN India Operations. His main role is to transform the Company’s culture, systems and processes with specific reference to the HR Function to be evolved as a Strategic Business Partner.

Career History :

Chief – Corporate HR from 1st April 2011 to March 2012 with a leading Company into FMCG/Consumer Durables ( Su-kam Power Systems Limited), the turnover of the organisation was around Rs. 1200 Cr and employee strength around 1000. This organisation has 5 multiple manufacturing facilities and has an all India net work of 35 Branches of Sales and Service Function. His role was to overall manage the Corporate Human Resource Function at the strategic and operational level of the Company, reporting into the CEO of the Company.

Vice President – Corporate Human Resources with a leading automobile company of CK Birla Group ( AVTEC Ltd,) having four major manufacturing plants at Chennai, Indore, Hosur and Kharagpur (manufacturing Automobile Engines, transmissions and other components supplying to General Motors, TATA Motors, Eaton, Caterpillar, Daimler etc ) from April 2009 to March 2011.
